Flinders Backpackers have shared dorm rooms and private rooms with some having a private bathroom. All rooms have free Wi-Fi with every guest having a bedside light, shelf, and power plug. Most rooms have linen provided and some rooms with towels provided. All shared rooms also have an individual locker for each guest.

The private rooms with a bathroom are the double room and twin room. These rooms also have a bar fridge, fans, and heating.

The private rooms with a shared bathroom are the standard double room, basic triple room, basic double room, and basic bunk room. These rooms have a fan and heating, and the basic double room can add one additional guest upon check in.

The shared mixed dorm rooms can sleep 3, 4, and 6 guests. You’ll have access to the shared bathroom and the rooms only have a fan.

The shared female only dorm rooms sleep 4 and 6 people. The rooms only have a fan, and you’ll have access to the shared bathroom.

Superior mix dorm rooms can sleep 6, 8, 12, 14, 16, and 18 guests. The superior rooms are spacious, have air conditioning and heating, and you’ll have access to the newer shared bathroom.

Superior female dorm rooms which sleep 6, and 10 people. These rooms are spacious with air conditioning and heating. There is also a newer shared bathroom you’ll have access to.

Being in the city, almost everything is nearby! Aside from the hundreds of cafes, pubs, and restaurants, you’re right near Flinders Street Station.

Or stick within the city and visit NGV, Alexandra Gardens, Melbourne Central, and the Emporium. Most of the year there’s an AFL game at MCG or Marvel Stadium, or many concerts happening across multiple venues in the city.
