Equipment and clothing are available to hire on day one from Mansfield and cannot be pre-booked on the Return on a Different Day tour.

All lift passes need to be purchased from the Mount Buller Resort either online or on the day of the tour. Links to purchase lift tickets will be included in your booking confirmation that you will receive once you have booked your transfers. 1 Day lift tickets will only be released by Mount Buller 7 days prior to your tour date.

Please note: Toboggans can only be hired on the day at Mount Buller’s designated toboggan area. If you do bring your own, it will have to remain under the bus for safety reasons.

Mt Buller Snow Tour – Return on a Different Day Itinerary

If one day of snow fun is not enough, join our Return on a Different Day Mount Buller tour to stay overnight on the mountain! We’ll get you from Melbourne to Mt Buller and back again on your selected days, so you can choose how long you want to stay.

Departing Melbourne nice and early, we journey to Mount Buller via Mansfield where you can pickup any clothing or equipment you need for your snow trip. We’ll climb the winding streets to the mountain to arrive at the Mount Buller Resort by 10:30am. Drop your stuff at your accommodation then get ready to explore!

If you’re a beginner or just feeling a bit rusty, warm up with a ski or snowboard lesson before hitting the gentle slopes of the beginner runs. Or, if you’re ready and roaring to go, head straight for the black runs and get your blood racing! There’s also plenty to do at the resort besides skiing including toboggan parks, retail shops and indoor rock climbing. Or just sit back and relax with a drink from one of the 30 different bars and restaurants in the mountain village.

As night falls, get cosy in your mountain accommodation and prepare for another full day of snow fun or hit the bars and restaurants for after ski. Awake the next day in the beautiful surrounds of the mountain village and hit the slopes early to get the best snow. On your final day, we’ll collect you in the afternoon to return to Melbourne.
