Melbourne City Foodie Culture Tour Itinerary

Get ready to embark on a culinary journey across the city on this half day Melbourne foodie and cultural tour!

The day will begin as we meet at the Immigration Museum, which is also the first stop of the tour. The Immigration Museum is a great place to learn about Melbourne’s multicultural history, revealing the vibrant past of the city. You will also get a sense of the city’s history as we walk through a range of historic laneways.

Then it’s on to the foodie part of the tour! We will spend the afternoon stopping at four carefully selected locations. Each stop has a unique story to tell and offers different goodies. The stops may include samples and insights into Melbourne’s famous coffee scene, or the aromatic flavours found in vibrant Chinatown.

The last stop of the tour will be to a local spice shop. Here, we will explore the use of spices and how they are used in different cuisines. You can indulge your senses and smell the different aromas from the variety of spices available. After the spice shop, the tour will sadly come to an end.

Throughout the half day tour, you will slowly uncover the secrets of Melbourne’s culinary allure. You will then be able to spend the rest of your time in the city with a new view of Melbourne’s diverse culinary scene!
